There are many Brian Borcherdts. There’s the dance-punk-electronic Brian who is a member of the 2008 Polaris Music Prize nominated Holy F—-. Then there’s the sensitive solo alt-pop singer-songwriter Brian. His new project, with producer Leon Taheny, is called Dusted and gives us yet another view of Brian: the rougher, alt-rock grunge side.

We’re going to give you a chance to really know this Borcherdt all this month as Dusted is the X3 Artist. We’re starting by streaming their new album Total Dust all month long in its entirety.

Explosive drums, impassioned vocals and soaring guitars all come together to make this track sure to be the latest to get stuck on repeat.
